Brooke Larsen

Brooke was born and raised in Sparta, Wisconsin and is a 2013 graduate of Sparta High. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her Bachelor’s degree where she majored in Legal Studies, and obtained a certificate in Educational Policy Studies upon graduating in 2017. She then went on to attend Marquette University Law School where she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor, finishing in the top twenty percent of her class. While at Marquette, she also obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Brooke also received a CALI award in Legal Writing and Research II, which is awarded to the student receiving the highest grade in the class.

She was inducted into the Marquette Pro Bono Honor Society, by completing over 120 hours of pro bono work throughout the course of law school. Brooke completed her pro bono hours by volunteering with the Domestic Violence Injunction Clinic, where she prepared hearing reports for attorneys representing individuals in domestic violence injunction hearings, and the Small Claims Mediation Clinic, where she mediated small claim disputes at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. Brooke was also an active member of the Children and Family Law Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Client Skills Board Society.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with family, friends, her husband Erik, and their dog, Cooper.  She also loves being outdoors, watching and cheering for the Packers and Badgers, completing do-it-yourself projects and crafting.
